The Barbary Coast Rewards Program offers our loyal customers exclusive discounts and experiences. Here is how it works:
Customers earn points based on the dollars that they spend at any Barbary Coast store ($1 spent earns 1 point).
It is simple to enroll – simply provide your mobile number to one of our cashiers.
After every purchase you receive a text confirmation of points earned.
From your smart phone, navigate to the most recent text you received from Barbary Coast, and tap on the link to access your Rewards Wallet. Or, tap on the Barbary Coast Rewards logo on your home screen to access your Rewards Wallet.
In the Rewards Wallet, tap on the Reward that interests you and show it to your cashier before you start ordering.

You earn 1 point for every $1 spent in our stores. You can then redeem these points for free merchandise, discounted Barbary Coast products, and unique experiences.
To participate in the program you will provide your cashier with your mobile number that will be added to your customer profile. This automatically enrolls you in the Barbary Coast Rewards Program. You can also enroll and access your existing account through the buttons provided above
Once enrolled, Barbary Coast will send you texts after every purchase to confirm the number of Rewards points that you just earned. The texts also provide a tappable link to your Rewards Wallet. You are always one-click away from your points and available rewards and you do not need to remember your password – just save the text thread mobile number to your contacts. We suggest naming the contact “Barbary Coast Wallet” so that you can always find it among your text message threads.
If a customer doesn’t shop with us in more than 6 months (180 days), the account is considered abandoned and all the points expire. You might have received a text message indicating your account is about to be considered abandoned, if you haven’t made a purchase in more than 170 days. To avoid the expiration of your rewards points, place an order of any amount before the expiration date.
If you maintain your account standing, your points do not expire.
California regulations on Cannabis products has multiple taxes, some of which based on the cost of the product and must be paid by the consumer and listed on the receipt.
Regulations also prevent us from offering any free cannabis products.
Please contact us so that we can research your account(s). In some cases, customers have multiple accounts which can create points confusion. When contacting us please include all of the possible emails and phone numbers that you may have used with your accounts while shopping at Barbary Coast. This helps us to identify duplicate accounts and will help us to process your question more efficiently. We will respond to you as quickly as we are able.
What a great dispensary! The whole staff was cool. From the guards at the door to the bud tenders, everyone was friendly. The selection is plentiful and they really take the time to explain and help with any questions you may have. This will definitely be my place anytime I come back to San Francisco.
I fell in love with this place quickly. From the staff to quailty/prices to their awesome lounge which sad to say can’t be used to smoke inside because of the pandemic. Even security are awesome. Been going there since I’ve moved to the bay area 4 yrs ago and some now know my name and I know couple of them especially their great manager David. Highly recommended for sure!
